When building a data capability, businesses lacking expertise in data and analytics can suffer from mismatched expectations, insufficient access to technical leadership, and a lack of appropriate people leadership.

This often culminates in cycles of data practitioners entering and exiting businesses very rapidly, leading to high employee churn, collapsed investments in data, and lost opportunity.

Leveraging my experience in creating and leading multidisciplinary data capabilities of all shapes and sizes, and my training as a manager in a leading global professional services firm, I address the issues affecting data practitioners in SMEs by providing expert coaching and mentoring to data practitioners, their managers, and HR teams responsible for recruitment, in a respectful, constructive, and psychologically safe environment.
